Turnagain Community Health (TCH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Isley as our new Chief Executive Officer. Kim officially joined the organization on August 13, 2026.
Kim brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and public service. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Catholic Social Services, where she provided leadership across operations, quality improvement, compliance, finance, workforce development, and strategic initiatives. Throughout her career, Kim has been recognized for her collaborative leadership style, operational expertise, and commitment to building strong teams that improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve.
Born and raised in Alaska, Kim has dedicated her career to serving Alaskans through mission-driven organizations. She is passionate about strengthening access to high-quality healthcare and believes that the best organizations are built by supporting the people who provide care every day. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, servant leadership, and a deep commitment to patients, staff, and community.
Kim joins TCH at an exciting time as the organization continues to expand behavioral health services, strengthen community partnerships, and advance strategic initiatives that improve access to care throughout the Turnagain Arm.
